我国花样滑冰俱乐部教练员发展现状与优化路径

Development Statvs and Optimization Path of Coaches on Figure Skating Clubs in China

为破解我国花样滑冰俱乐部教练员职业发展不足、行业管理不规范、地域分布不均衡等的深层次困局。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法,调查了我国21个省和直辖市127家俱乐部的391名教练员的基本情况,发现花样滑冰教练员存在从业要求高、年龄结构合理、职业化能力不断提高;但同时也存在着教练员地域分布不均、综合能力待提升、行业管理不规范的问题。在此基础上,研究提出宏观调控技术帮扶花样滑冰欠发达地区,完善我国花样滑冰俱乐部教练员培养体系,通过赛事提高教练员执教水平,促进花样轮滑教练员向花样滑冰基础级教练员转型,提供更多学习与交流机会,加强行业管理,全方位推进我国花样滑冰俱乐部教练员深层次发展。

In order to crack the deep-seated dilemma of insufficient career development of coaches of figure skating clubs in China,unstandardised management of the industry and unbalanced geographical distribution.Using literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,the basic situation of 391 coaches of 127 clubs in 21 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government of China was investigated,and it was found that there existed high requirements for the practice of figure skating coaches,a reasonable age structure,and the ability of professionalisation was constantly improving;however,at the same time,there also existed the problems of unequal geographic distribution of the coaches,the comprehensive ability to be improved,and the industry management was not standardised.On this basis,the study proposes macro-control techniques to help figure skating underdeveloped regions,improve the training system of China's figure skating club coaches,improve the coaching level of coaches through tournaments,promote the transition of figure skating coaches to figure skating basic level coaches,provide more opportunities for learning and exchanges,and strengthen the management of the industry,so as to comprehensively push forward the deep-level development of China's figure skating club coaches.
