多模态MRI成像技术对宫颈癌的诊断及分期中的应用价值

The Application Value of Multimodal MRI in the Diagnosis and Staging of Cervical Cancer

目的:多模态MRI成像技术对宫颈癌的诊断及分期中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析2021年8月至2023年7月在本院接受治疗的疑似宫颈癌患者66例。术前均接受多模态MRI成像技术检查。以病理结果为金标准,对比多模态MRI成像技术在宫颈癌的诊断及分期中的应用价值。结果:66例疑似宫颈癌患者中有60例患者最终被确诊为宫颈癌。诊断结果见表1。诊断特异度为75.00%(3/4),灵敏度为96.77%(60/62),阴性预测值为60.00%(3/5),阳性预测值为98.36%(60/61),准确度为95.45%(63/66);多模态MRI成像技术在术前评估宫颈癌FIGO 2018分期的诊断准确率分别为ⅠB1期80.00%、ⅠB2期88.88%、ⅠB3期90.00%、ⅡA1期87.50%、ⅡA2期83.33%、ⅡB期87.50%、Ⅲ(ⅢA,ⅢB,ⅢC)期100%、Ⅳ(ⅣA,ⅣB)期100%。结论:多模态MRI成像技术在宫颈癌的诊断及分期中具有较高的诊断价值,能够为患者的诊疗方案提供有价值的参考依据。

Objective:The application value of multimodal MRI imaging technology in the diagnosis and staging of cervical cancer.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 66 suspected cervical cancer patients who received treatment in our hospital from August 2021 to July 2023.All patients underwent multimodal MRI imaging before surgery.Using pathological results as the gold standard,compare the application value of multimodal MRI imaging technology in the diagnosis and staging of cervical cancer.Results:Out of 66 suspected cervical cancer patients,60 were ultimately diagnosed with cervical cancer.The diagnostic results are shown in Table 1.The diagnostic specificity is 75.00%(3/4),sensitivity is 96.77%(60/62),negative predictive value is 60.00%(3/5),positive predictive value is 98.36%(60/61),accuracy is 95.45%(63/66);The diagnostic accuracy of multimodal MRI imaging technology in preoperative evaluation of cervical cancer FIC02018 staging was 80.00%in stage ⅠB1,88.88%in stage ⅠB2,90.00%in stage ⅠB3,87.50%in stage ⅡA1,83.33%in stage ⅡA2,87.50%in stage ⅡB,100%in stage Ⅲ(ⅢA,ⅢB,ⅢC),and 100%in stage Ⅳ(ⅣA,ⅣB),respectively.Conclusion:Multimodal MRI imaging technology has high diagnostic value in the diagnosis and staging of cervical cancer,and can provide valuable reference for the diagnosis and treatment plan of patients.
