摘要
在实际的研发、生产活动中,经常会面对小批量、多种类电动工具类开关、光电传感器、气压压力传感器、电感式接近传感器等一系列工程样品验证测试的需求,如测试产品电气性能、机械寿命、传感器的响应频率/响应速度、防水防尘等环境测试项目。面对需求各异的复杂局面,我们建立了一套基于C/S架构模型的智慧实验室运作流程。积累了应对实验室硬件资源冲突、测试方法控制、测试过程管控、测试数据共享与处理等一系列现实问题的对策和经验。现提取一个案例进行研究与扩展,提供可借鉴的经验与经典案例复现,以期展示智慧实验室的运作和互联网的切实融合。
In the actually research&development,we need to make more verification tests on various small batch samples.such as power tool switches,photoelectric sensors,air pressure sensors,etc.,and multi-types measurements,such as electrical performance,mechanical life cycles,sensor response frequency/speed,waterproof and dustproof environmental testing,etc.Faced with com plex situations with varying demands,we have based on C/S model to build one good process on the daily operations and picked out of one to demonstrate the practical application which is combine the smart laboratories and the Internet.
