我国进入高质量发展阶段,肉鸡产业从数量型增长转向质量型增长势所必然。经过改革开放四十余年的发展,我国肉鸡产业综合生产能力大幅提升,种源保障能力取得重大突破,规模化程度不断提高,产业化进程持续推进,为产业实现高质量发展奠定良好基础。文章在回顾总结我国肉鸡产业发展成就的基础上,分析现阶段肉鸡产业发展面临的挑战,并对未来肉鸡产业发展趋势与前景作出判断,建议通过强化产业发展顶层设计、加大科技创新及应用支撑、完善疫病防控体系建设、加强市场信息监测预警以及严格产业质量安全保障等,推动肉鸡产业实现高质量发展,为保障国家粮食安全、推进健康中国建设以及促进畜牧业绿色发展等做出更大贡献。

As China enters the stage of high-quality development,it is inevitable for the broiler industry to shift from quanti⁃ty-based growth to quality-based growth.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's broiler industry has signifi⁃cantly improved the comprehensive production capacity,achieved significant breakthroughs in ensuring breeding sources,and continuously increased the farm size and promoted the industrialization process,laying a solid foundation for achieving high-qual⁃ity development.Building on a review and summary of the achievements in the development of China's poultry industry,this arti⁃cle analyzed the challenges faced by the broiler industry at the current stage and made judgments on future trends and prospects.It was recommended to promote the high-quality development of the broiler industry by strengthening top-level design,increas⁃ing support for scientific and technological innovation and application,improving disease prevention and control systems,strengthening market information monitoring and early warning,and ensuring industrial quality and safety.This would contribute to ensuring national food security,promoting a healthy China and facilitating the green development of the livestock industry.
