医学检验专业人员数字素养的现状调查

Investigation on the current situation of digital literacy of medical laboratory professionals

目的调查医学检验专业人员数字素养的现状,并提出相关建议。方法根据数字素养具体内涵自行设计医学检验专业人员数字素养调查问卷,选取温州医科大学、杭州医学院、浙江中医药大学医学检验专业的本科生和研究生,浙江省肿瘤医院、河南省肿瘤医院、海南医学院附属医院、江西省肿瘤医院、浙江省内县级综合医院等检验科接受住院医师规范化培训的学员,共计218名医学检验专业人员作为研究对象并进行问卷调查,了解其基本情况、数字意识、计算思维、数字化学习与创新、数字社会责任的情况。结果218名医学检验专业人员在数字意识重要性认识、计算思维能力、数字化学习与创新、数字社会责任等方面存在不足,对此提出进行多形式培训和推广、开展多维度数字素养教学、加强数字伦理和网络安全教育等建议。结论医学检验专业人员整体数字素养较低,需要从宣传、培训、教育等方面予以加强。

Objective To investigate the current status of digital literacy of medical laboratory professionals and put forward suggestions.Methods According to the specific connotation of digital literacy,a questionnaire of digital literacy for medical laboratory professionals was designed,and a total of 218 medical laboratory professionals were selected,including medical laboratory undergraduate and graduate students from Wenzhou Medical University,Hangzhou Medical College,Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and doctors received standardized training of residents from the laboratory departments of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital,Henan Cancer Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College,Jiangxi Cancer Hospital,and county-level general hospital of Zhejiang Province.A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand their basic situation,digital awareness,computational thinking,digital learning and innovation,digital social responsibility situation.Results Medical laboratory professionals were deficient in understanding the importance of digital consciousness,computational thinking ability,digital learning and innovation,and digital social responsibility.The paper also put forward the suggestions of multi-form training and promotion,multi-dimension digital literacy teaching,digital ethics and network security education.Conclusions Medical laboratory professionals have low overall digital literacy,and need to be strengthened from the aspects of publicity,training,education and so on.
