危机管理护理策略在肛肠术后患者疼痛及并发症中的应用研究

Effect of nursing strategy based on crisis management on postoperative pain and complications in patients with anorectal operation

目的分析基于危机管理护理策略在肛肠手术患者中的应用对其术后疼痛程度及并发症的影响。方法选择2019年6月—2021年6月浙江省杭州市第一人民医院诊治的600例肛肠手术患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将600例患者分为试验组和对照组,每组300例患者。试验组患者予以基于危机管理护理策略的护理,对照组患者予以常规护理。对两组患者的术后疼痛程度、并发症发生情况和康复指标进行比较。结果术后12 h、24 h、3 d和5 d时,试验组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于同时期的对照组患者,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组患者并发症总发生率(4.33%)低于对照组患者(13.33%),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者术后首次排尿、排便、下床活动和住院时间均短于对照组患者,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于危机管理护理策略在肛肠手术患者中的应用效果显著,不仅能够缓解患者术后疼痛程度,降低患者并发症发生率,而且还能够改善患者康复指标。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing strategy based on crisis management on postoperative pain and complications in patients with anorectal operation.Methods Six hundred cases of patients with anorectal operation admitted to Hangzhou First People's Hospital in Zhejiang Province from June 2019 to June 2021 were collected and grouped according to the method of random number table.The experimental group(n=300)was given nursing strategy based on crisis management,and the control group(n=300)was received routine care.The postoperative pain degree,the incidence of complications,perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups.Results At 12 h,24 h,3 d and 5 d after operation,in the experimental group,the visual analogue scales(VAS)scores were all lower than those in the control group at the same period(all P<0.05).In the experimental group,the total incidence of complications was 4.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(13.33%)(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the postoperative first urination time,first defecation time,ambulation time a nd hospital stay were all shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of nursing strategy based on crisis management in patients with anorectal operation has a significant effect.It can not only relieve postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of complications,but also improve perioperative indicators.
