基于新医科建设培养创新创业型医学人才的分析与探索

摘要 新一轮科技革命和产业革命的飞速发展,“健康中国2030”战略的实施,都给医学人才培养带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。加强“新医科”建设,提高新时代医学人才的培养质量势在必行。创新是新医科发展的灵魂,是医学教育教学改革的生命线,创新创业复合型人才的培养对于新医科建设至关重要。本文分析新医科的内涵与特征,探究发展新医科与创新创业型人才培养的关系,探索发展新医科和培养创新创业型高层次医学人才的途径。 The rapid development of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution and the implementation of the“Healthy China 2030”strategy have brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the training of medical talents.It is imperative to strengthen the construction of“new medical science”and improve the quality of medical personnel training in the new era.Innovation is the soul for the development of new medical science and the lifeline of medical education and teaching reform.The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is crucial to the construction of new medical science. Here,we analyze the connotation and characteristics of new medical science,study the relationship between the development of new medical science and the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial medical talents,and explore the way to develop new medical science and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial medical talents.
