基于网络问卷调查的医学影像学课程教学改革探索

Exploration on the Reform of Diagnostic Medical Imaging Course Based on the Online Questionnaire Survey

目的调查五年制临床医学专业本科生对医学影像学课程的意见和学习情况,为推进医学影像学课程的教学改革提供有益的参考。方法利用网络问卷对我校2016级临床医学专业本科生就医学影像学课程的有关问题进行调查研究。结果多数学生认为医学影像学每天宜上2学时,实践和理论课的比例应设为2∶1或更高,教师应对所有重点和难点进行讲解;很多学生希望在考试中减少名词解释题、简答题和问答题,增加“看图,写出诊断”和“看图,描述征象,然后写出诊断”类题型。学生的自学资源主要有教材、搜索到的网络文章、医学影像学专业网站上的资料等。结论学生反馈的信息对我们的教学改革有重要价值。我们将根据调研结果,进一步完善医学影像学课程的各项设置。

Objective To investigate the status and opinions of the undergraduates,who major in clinical medicine in our university,on the course of diagnostic medical imaging so as to provide reliable bases for advancing the reform of this course.Methods An online questionnaire survey about diagnostic medical imaging course was conducted among the undergraduates of 2016 grade majoring in clinical medicine in our university.Questions included arrangement of class period,teaching content and assessment method and the status of the students’self-study.Results The majority of the students preferred to have two classes of the diagnostic medical imaging each time,with the proportion of practice and theory class hours being set as 1∶2 or higher and all difficult and key points being taught by teachers.Many students hoped that the items of term explanation,essay questions and short-answer questions be reduced in the examinations the and the items of“making diagnosis after reading images”and“describing findings and making diagnosis after reading images”be increased.The self-study resources of students mainly included textbook,online articles on the website of medical imaging or found by search engine.Conclusion The feedback information from students about diagnostic medical imaging is very important for the reform of this course.We will improve and optimize various settings of the diagnostic medical imaging course according to the survey results.
