高质量发展阶段,科技企业孵化器已成为国家创新体系中的重要主体。上海作为科技企业孵化器发展较为成熟的地区,率先开展了超前孵化模式的初步尝试,取得了一定的社会经济效益。但是,超前孵化作为一种新兴的孵化器运作方式,其概念和模式尚未形成统一认识。基于此,文章以上海市首批高质量孵化器——莘泽孵化器为例,全面剖析了超前孵化的定位、运作方式、金融保障措施和技术支持手段,以期为行业发展提供参考。

In the stage of high-quality development,technology enterprise incubators have become an important entity in the national innovation system.As a region with relatively mature development of technology enterprise incubators,Shanghai has taken the lead in carrying out preliminary attempts of advanced incubation models and achieved certain social and economic benefits.However,as an emerging mode of incubator operation,the concept and model of advanced incubation have not yet formed a unified understanding.Based on this,the article takes the first batch of high-quality incubators in Shanghai-Xinze Incubator as an example to comprehensively analyze the positioning,operation mode,financial guarantee measures,and technical support means of advanced incubation,in order to provide reference for industry development.
