党的二十大报告强调就业优先战略,提出促进高质量充分就业。数字经济发展对就业质量存在多维影响,文章分析了数字经济提升大学生就业质量的作用机制。一是数字经济通过创造效应增加就业岗位,扩大就业规模;二是数字经济通过优化产业结构和就业技能提升就业质量;三是数字技术和平台为女性增添新机会,促进就业公平。未来应加强国家数字经济的顶层设计,打造学校-企业-科研机构共育数字人才模式,加快企业数字化转型,加强大学生数字素质的培养。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC emphasizes pro-employment policies and proposes to promote high-quality full employment.The development of digital economy has a multidimensional impact on the quality of employment,and the article analyses the mechanism of the digital economy’s role in promoting the quality of college students’employment.Firstly,the digital economy increases jobs and expands the employment scale through the creation effect;secondly,the digital economy boosts the employment quality by optimizing the industrial structure and employment skills;thirdly,the digital technology and platforms add new opportunities for women and promote employment equity.The top-level design of the national digital economy should be strengthened in the future to create a model of schools-enterprises-research institutes co-cultivating digital talents,accelerating the digital transformation of enterprises,strengthening the cultivation of digital literacy among college students.
