“双一流”建设背景下高校科技期刊发展路径研究——基于高校教师的问卷调查与分析

摘要 文章基于问题导向方法论,深入开展高校教师问卷调研,分析和研究“双一流”建设背景下高校科技期刊的主要矛盾及其发展路径。大部分高校科技期刊的主要矛盾突出表现为高校科研人员获取高质量文献信息、发表高水平科研成果的需求与期刊不能充分满足此需求之间的矛盾。为此,高校科技期刊应不断提高期刊服务水平和加强国际交流合作,提升期刊学术影响力和竞争力,同时推进国内外期刊论文等质同效评价制度建立,为高校期刊优质来稿提供公平宽松的政策支持。 The article is based on a problem oriented methodology and conducts in-depth questionnaire surveys of university teachers to analyze and study the main contradictions and development paths of university science and technology journals under the background of the“Double First-class”construction.The main contradiction highlighted in most university science and technology journals is the contradiction between the need for university researchers to obtain high-quality literature information and publish high-level scientific research results,and the inability of journals to fully meet this demand.Therefore,university science and technology journals should continuously improve their service level and strengthen international exchange and cooperation,enhance their academic influence and competitiveness,and promote the establishment of a quality and effectiveness evaluation system for domestic and foreign journal papers,providing fair and relaxed policy support for high-quality submissions from university journals.
