摘要
目的:对古日古木类方剂干预肝病的组方规律用药特征等进行信息学研究。方法:通过收集整理《蒙医方剂全书》中干预肝病的古日古木类方剂,运用R语言技术和TF-IDF模型等对其进行规律挖掘和分析。结果:收集73首干预肝病的古日古木方剂,涉及医书22部,药物132种,使用频率最高的为红花,高频药物(频数>10)药性以凉为主,占比69%,药味苦味占比最高为40%。对于虚损型肝病、热型肝病、血瘀型肝病、其他肝病的TF-IDF模型识别度最高的药物分别为川楝子、木香、麻黄、紫花地丁。共整理出关联规则40条,其中天竺黄配伍红花和五灵脂配伍红花的支持度最高。结论:古日古木方剂干预肝病以红花为核心,用药多苦甘合用,依据具体证型则有寒凉峻剂,温凉兼举,凉平缓剂。
Objective:To quantitatively study the formulation regularity and medication characteristics of Gurigumu(古日古木)-containing formulae in the intervention of liver diseases.Methods:Gurigumu-containing formulae in the intervention of liver diseases in The Complete Works of Mongolian Medicine Formulae(Meng Yi Fang Ji Quan Shu)were collected and analyzed for regularity exploration by R language and TF-IDF model.Results:Seventy-three Gurigumu-containing formulae against liver diseases were collected,involving 22 medical books and 132 Chinese herbal drugs.The most frequently used drug was Honghua(红花).The drugs with frequency>10 were characterized by Liang(凉)in Yaoxing(药性),accounting for 69%,and Ku(苦)in Yaowei(药味),accounting for 40%.The drugs with the highest recognition rate of the TF-IDF model for liver diseases characterized by Xusun(虚损),Re(热),Xueyu(血瘀),and others were Chuanlianzi(川楝子),Muxiang(木香),Mahuang(麻黄),and Zihuadiding(紫花地丁).Forty association rules were sorted out,among which the support degree of Tianzhuhuang(天竺黄)-Honghua and Wulingzhi(五灵脂)-Honghua was the highest.Conclusion:With Honghua as the core,Gurigumu-containing formulae against liver diseases adopted drugs characterized by Ku and Gan(甘).According to the specific Bingzheng(病症),Gurigumu-containing formulae were classified into formulae featured in Hanliang(寒凉),Wenliang(温凉),and Liangping(凉平).
