针灸合并抗抑郁剂治疗对老年期抑郁障碍的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of acupuncture combined with antidepressant treatment on depressive disorders in old age

目的 探讨针灸合并抗抑郁剂治疗老年期抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法 通过医院电子信息系统提取2017年1月1日~2017年12月31日住院治疗的老年期抑郁障碍患者,自编病例信息采集表获取患者人口学和疾病临床特征信息,分析针灸合并抗抑郁剂治疗老年期抑郁障碍的应用价值。结果 针灸组患者的既往住院次数、共病数量、病程、有自杀观念人数等明显多于对照组(P<0.05);住院天数、住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。针灸组内城市人口、伴精神症状、出院疗效达治愈标准所占比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,针灸组患者的临床疗效与针灸治疗次数呈显著正相关(P<0.05),住院天数、住院费用与针灸次数显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论 针灸合并抗抑郁剂治疗能够提高老年期抑郁障碍患者的临床疗效,具有广泛适用性,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with antidepressants in the treatment of depressive disorders in old age.Methods Patients with depressive disorders in old age who were hospitalized from Jan to Dec 2017 were extracted through the hospital HIS system,and a self-compiled case information collection form was used to obtain information on the demographic and disease clinical characteristics of the patients.To analyze the value of acupuncture combined with antidepressants in the treatment of depressive disorders in old age.Results The number of previous hospitalizations,number of co-morbidities,duration of illness,and number of patients with suicidal ideation were significantly more in the acupuncture group than in the control group(P<0.05).The number of hospital days and hospital costs were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The proportions of urban population,with psychiatric symptoms,and discharged efficacy to cure standard within the acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the clinical efficacy of patients in the acupuncture group was significantly positively correlated with the number of acupuncture treatments(P<0.05),and the number of hospitalization days,suicidal ideation,and hospitalization costs were significantly negatively correlated with the number of acupuncture treatments(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with antidepressant treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with depressive disorders in old age,which has wide applicability and deserves to be promoted.
