郁病走罐法联合SSRI药物治疗抑郁症临床疗效观察

A Clinical Observation of Cupping Therapy Combined with SSRIs in the Treatment of Depression

目的对比郁病走罐法联合五羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor,SSRI)和单纯SSRI药物治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将72例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予SSRI药物治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,联合背部督脉、膀胱经走罐治疗。每周1次,共治疗8次。主要结局指标为17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(17-item Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD-17)应答率。次要结局指标为HAMD-17缓解率、HAMD-17总分及因子分。结果治疗组HAMD-17应答率高于对照组(P=0.034)。在第2、4、8、24周末,治疗组HAMD-17总分改善均优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组HAMD-17失眠、焦虑/躯体化因子分改善均优于对照组(P<0.01)。在HAMD-17缓解率方面,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论郁病走罐法联合SSRI药物治疗抑郁症疗效优于单用SSRI药物,尤其有助于失眠、躯体症状的改善。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of cupping combined with selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor(SSRI)in the treatment of patients with major depressive disorder.Methods 70 patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The control group was treated with SSRIs.The treatment group was treated by SSRIs with cupping therapy on Du and Bladder meridian,for once a week,8 weeks in total.The primary outcome was HAMD-17 response rate,the secondary outcomes were HAMD-17 remission rate,HAMD-17 total score and HAMD-17 factor score.Results The HAMD-17 response rate in the treatment group was higher than control group(P=0.034).At the end of the 2nd,4th,8th and 24th week,HAMD-17 total score in the treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.01).HAMD-17 insomnia and anxiety/somatization factor scores in the treatment group were lower than control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in HAMD-17 remission rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cupping combined with SSRI is more effective than SSRI alone in the treatment of depression,especially for the improvement of insomnia and somatic symptoms.
