痴呆患者照料者活动-观察-行为-强度痴呆疼痛量表中文版的修订

Validity and reliability of the Chinese version about Mobilization-Observation-Behaviour-Intensity-Dementia Pain Scale

目的修订中文版照料者活动-观察-行为-强度痴呆疼痛量表(MOBID-2)。方法选取痴呆患者照料者311例对MOBID-2进行修订,测试量表的评估者间一致性信度、重测信度;区分效度、内容效度、校标效度。结果评估者间一致性信度r值位于0.861~0.944之间,重测信度r值位于0.815~0.937之间;区分效度F值位于4.014~16.573之间,内容效度t值位于23.457~33.384之间,校标效度r值位于0.257~0.310之间。结论修订后中文版MOBID-2量表信效度良好。

Objective To test the validity and reliability the Chinese version about Mobilization-Observation-Behaviour-Intensity-Dementia Pain Scale(MOBID-2).Methods 311 caregivers of dementia patients were selected to test MOBID-2,the inter-evaluator consistency reliability,retest reliability,differentiation validity,content validity and calibration validity were included.Results The inter-evaluator consistency reliability r value ranged from 0.861 to 0.944,the retest reliability r value ranged from 0.815 to 0.937,the discrimination validity F value ranged from 4.014 to 16.573,the content validity t value ranged from 23.457 to 33.384,and the calibration validity r value ranged from 0.257 to 0.310.Conclusions The Chinese version about MOBID-2 has good validity and reliability.
