肥胖患者门诊无痛胃肠镜检查中分别使用环泊酚和丙泊酚进行麻醉的效果比较

Comparison of the Anesthetic Effects of Cyclopophenol and Propofol in Painless Gastroenteroscopy in Obese Patients

目的:对肥胖患者门诊无痛胃肠镜检查中分别使用环泊酚和丙泊酚进行麻醉的效果比较。方法:选取2022年8月—12月三明市第二医院进行无痛胃肠镜检查的50例肥胖患者作为研究对象,随机分为P组和C组。P组使用丙泊酚进行麻醉,C组使用环泊酚进行麻醉。比较两组麻醉期间血压、心率、改良警觉/镇静评分(MOAA/S评分)、手术时间、苏醒时间、追加次数、离院评分(改良Aldrete评分)及不良反应发生情况。结果:麻醉后5 min,P组心率高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉后10 min、15 min,两组HR、MAP水平以及各时段MOAA/S评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。P组苏醒时间长于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组手术时间、药物追加次数、离院评分(改良Aldrete评分)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组不良反应发生率低于P组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:环泊酚在肥胖患者中呼吸不良事件发生率低,检查后苏醒快,值得临床应用。

Objective:To compare the anesthetic effects of cyclopophenol and propofol respectively in outpatient painless gastroenteroscopy for obese patients.Methods:A total of 50 obese patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in Sanming Second Hospital from August to December 2022 were randomly divided into P group and C group.Group P was anesthetized with propofol,and group C was anesthetized with cyclopophenol.Blood pressure,heart rate,modified alertness/sedation score(MOAA/S score),operation time,recovery time,additional times,discharge score(modified Aldrete score)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups during anesthesia.Results:At 5 min after anesthesia,the heart rate of group P was higher than that of group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in HR,MAP levels and MOAA/S scores between the two groups at 10 min and 15 min after anesthesia(P>0.05).The recovery time of group P was longer than that of group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in operation time,number of drug additions,and discharge score(modified Aldrete score)between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group C was lower than that in group P,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cyclopophenol has low incidence of respiratory adverse events and rapid recovery after examination in obese patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
