枣庄地区阿司匹林和氯吡格雷的基因多态性分布分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Gene Polymorphism Distribution of Aspirin and Clopidogrel in Zaozhuang Area

摘要 目的:分析阿司匹林、氯吡格雷的疗效和安全性。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月在山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院住院期间检测阿司匹林、氯吡格雷相关位点基因检测的患者,采用DNA连接酶测序法对患者血样的药物相关基因位点进行检验。结果:阿司匹林用药基因检测的675例患者中共检测5个药物相关基因位点,分别为PTGS1-842A>G、ITGB3-176T>C、PEAR1-9-3996G>A、GP1BA-482C>T、LTC4S-444A>C;氯吡格雷用药基因检测的308例患者中共检测3个药物相关基因位点,分别为CYP2C19*2-681G>A,CYP2C19*3-636G>A,CYP2C19*17-806C>T。基因位点的基因频率分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律,样本具有群体代表性。结论:阿司匹林、氯吡格雷用药基因检测可为患者精准治疗提供个体化的用药参考。 Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of aspirin and clopidogrel.Methods:Patients who were hospitalized in Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Care Group from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for the relatedloci genedetection of aspirin and clopidogrel.DNA ligase sequencing was used to detect drug-related loci in their blood samples.Results:Five drug-related gene loci were detected in 675 patients with aspirin medication,which were PTGS1-842A>G,ITGB3-176T>C,PEAR1-9-3996G>A,GP1BA-482C>T,LTC4S-444A>C,respectively.Three drug-related gene detection sites were detected in 308 patients with clopidogrel gene detection.The measured gene detection sites were CYP2C192681G>A,CYP2C193636G>A,CYP2C1917806C>T,respectively.Conclusion:Gene detection of aspirin and clopidogrel can provide individualized medication reference for precise treatment of patients.
