生长抑素治疗结直肠癌患者腹腔镜下根治术后肠梗阻的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Somatostatin in the Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction After Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的:探讨生长抑素治疗结直肠癌患者腹腔镜下根治术后肠梗阻的临床效果。方法:纳入2019年8月—2023年8月三明市第二医院91例结直肠癌腹腔镜下根治术后肠梗阻患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗,45例)和观察组(常规治疗+生长抑素治疗,46例)。比较两组症状改善时间、肠黏膜屏障功能[内毒素(ET)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸]、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果:观察组各症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ET、DAO、D-乳酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论:生长抑素治疗可缩短结直肠癌患者腹腔镜下根治术后肠梗阻患者症状改善时间,改善肠黏膜屏障功能,减轻机体炎症反应,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of somatostatin in the treatment of intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 91 patients with intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2023 were included.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(routine treatment,45 patients)and observation group(routine treatment+somatostatin treatment,46 patients).The improvement time of symptoms,intestinal mucosal barrier function[endotoxin(ET),diamine oxidase(DAO),D-lactic acid],inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)]and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The remission time of each symptom in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of ET,DAO and D-lactic acid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Somatostatin treatment can shorten the symptom improvement time of patients with intestinal obstruction after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer,improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function,reduce the body’s inflammatory response,and has high safety.
