全膝关节置换术患者康复期间服用双歧杆菌三联活菌的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Bifid Lriple Viable in Patients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty During Rehabilitation Period

目的:分析双歧杆菌三联活菌对全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)后患者肠道功能以及膝关节疼痛和功能恢复的影响。方法:纳入蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2022年6月—2023年6月收治76例行TKA患者为对象,随机分为对照组(康复治疗)与观察组(对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌三联活菌),每组38例,比较两组肠道功能、膝关节疼痛及功能恢复的影响。结果:治疗4周后,观察组GSRS评分、PAC-SYM评分、VAS评分低于对照组,HSS评分、ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌能提升患者术后肠道功能,降低膝关节疼痛程度,促进功能恢复,综合应用价值高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of bifid lriple viable on intestinal function and knee pain and functional recovery in patients after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods:A total of 76 patients who underwent TKA in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group(rehabilitation treatment)and observation group(bifid lriple viable on the basis of control group),with 38 patients in each group.The effects of intestinal function,knee joint pain and functional recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the GSRS score,PAC-SYM score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the HSS score and ADL score were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bifid lriple viable can improve the postoperative intestinal function of patients,reduce the degree of knee joint pain,promote functional recovery,and have high comprehensive application value.
