硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合加味益气丸治疗风寒湿痹型膝关节炎的效果研究

Study on Effect of Glucosamine Sulfate Combined with Jiawei Yiqi Pill in the Treatment of Knee Arthritis of Wind-cold-dampness Type

目的:探讨硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合加味益气丸治疗风寒湿痹型膝关节炎的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法:选取河南省洛阳正骨医院2019年1月—2021年8月收治的86例风寒湿痹型膝关节炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组应用硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,观察组应用硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合加味益气丸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子、疼痛程度及膝关节功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后1个月VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后IKDC评分、Lysholm评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:风寒湿痹型膝关节炎采取硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合加味益气丸治疗可提升疗效,降低促炎因子表达,减轻近远期疼痛程度,提升膝关节功能。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of glucosamine sulfate combined with Jiawei Yiqi pills in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia knee arthritis and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 86 patients with wind-colddampness-bi knee arthritis admitted to Department of Knee Surgery,Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province from January 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate,and the observation group was treated with glucosamine sulfate combined with Jiawei Yiqi pills.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,pain degree and knee function of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups at 1 month after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The IKDC score and Lysholm score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking glucosamine sulfate combined with Jiawei Yiqi pills for the treatment of wind-cold-dampness bi knee arthritis can improve the curative effect,reduce the expression of pro-inflammatory factors,reduce the degree of short-term and long-term pain,and improve the function of knee joint.
