新形势下我国生产加工型镇村级工业园消防安全工作初探

Preliminary study on fire safety work of town and village industrial park under the new situation

随着各类镇村级生产加工型工业园规模的不断加大,各类火灾隐患问题时有发生,且此类村镇级工业园大多直接与行政村落毗邻,生产加工车间普遍与居民社区距离较近,火灾事故发生后若不能予以及时处置,短时间内就有可能引发群死群伤事故。因此,结合我国生产加工型镇村级工业园火灾防控工作开展的实际情况,对目前以上区域内部存在的火灾隐患问题进行逐一分析,并以此为依据提出切实可行的改进措施,力争有效降低以上区域发生重特大火灾的风险,最大限度保障人民群众的生命财产安全。

With the continuous increase of the scale of various town and village production and processing industrial parks,various fire hazard problems occur from time to time,and most of these town and village industrial parks are directly adjacent to administrative villages.The production and processing workshops are generally close to the residential community.If the fire accident cannot be dealt with in a timely manner after the occurrence,it may lead to mass casualties in a short time.Therefore,combined with the current situation of fire prevention and control work in China's production and processing town and village industrial parks,the fire hazard problems existing in the above areas are analyzed one by one,and practical improvement measures are put forward based on this.It is hoped that the risk of major fires in the above areas will be effectively reduced,and the safety of people's lives and property will be guaranteed to the greatest extent.
