摘要 新能源汽车在日常行驶、充电过程中极易出现热失控现象,并引发爆炸、燃烧、触电等突发事件,极大地增加了一线消防救援人员实战处置难度。因此,结合新能源汽车的类型、基本结构,对新能源汽车火灾实战处置过程中的主要危险特性、基本技战术措施以及事故处置过程中现场各级消防指战员的个人安全防护措施进行了逐一阐述,为队伍各级深入推进全员岗位大练兵,着力祛除灭火救援行动中的固态顽疾,有力应对灾多灾重灾频局面,精心锤炼“全灾种、大应急”实战能力提供参考。 New energy vehicles are prone to thermal runaway during daily driving and charging,and cause explosions,burns,electric shocks and other emergencies,which greatly increases the difficulty of frontline fire rescue personnel in actual combat disposal.Therefore,combined with the type and basic structure of new energy vehicles,the main dangerous characteristics,basic technical and tactical measures,and personal safety protection measures for fire commanders and fighters at all levels in the field during the actual fire disposal process of new energy vehicles are expounded one by one.It strives to eliminate the stubborn diseases in fire fighting and rescue operations,effectively responds to the situation of multiple disasters and frequent disasters,and carefully refines the actual combat ability of"comprehensive disaster and coordinated emergency"to provide references.
