在开展居民住宅消防管理过程中,老旧小区因建造时间长、历史遗留问题多、管理难度大,常出现消防设施欠缺、消防通道堵塞、居民消防意识淡薄、物业消防管理不作为等问题,致使老旧小区的消防安全系数偏低,一旦发生火灾易引起亡人火灾事故。现通过分析老旧小区火灾隐患形成原因,探讨火灾防控措施,为有效做好老旧小区消防改造提供参考。

In the process of residential fire management,the old community due to the long construction time,many historical legacy problems,management difficulties,often appear lack of fire facilities,fire passage blockage,residents fire awareness,property fire management inaction and other issues,resulting in the old community fire safety factor is low.In the event of a fire,it is easy to cause fatal fire accidents.By analyzing the causes of fire hazards in old residential areas,fire prevention and control measures are discussed to provide references for effective fire protection renovation in the old community.
