当前,火灾形势复杂多变,灭火救援任务繁重,对消防救援队伍提出了较高的要求。为了快速生成并提升消防救援队伍的战斗力,就需要不断创新消防救援队伍的执勤训练模式。针对目前消防救援队伍执勤训练中存在的一些短板问题,应积极采取应对措施,通过搭建一体化训练体系,面向实战需要优化设计执勤训练模式,改革考核模式,在多方作用下促进消防救援队伍战斗力的生成与提高。

At present,the fire situation is complex and changeable,and the fire fighting and rescue tasks are heavy,which puts forward higher requirements for the fire and rescue team.In order to quickly generate and improve the combat effectiveness of the fire and rescue team,it is necessary to continuously innovate the on-duty training mode of the fire and rescue team.In view of some shortcomings in the current fire and rescue team on-duty training,we should actively take countermeasures.By building an integrated training system,we should optimize the design of the on-duty training mode for actual combat needs,reform the assessment mode,and promote the generation and improvement of the combat effectiveness of the fire and rescue team under the action of multiple parties.
