我国覆土式钢制储存容器研究与应用进展

摘要 相对于地上储罐,覆土储罐不仅具有更好的环保性和更高的安全性,而且还能节省土地资源,改善厂区地表环境,但是复杂的环境载荷也给覆土储罐的结构设计带来了一系列新问题。综合论述了覆土式卧式钢制储存容器、覆土式立式钢制储存容器和覆土式球形钢制储存容器在我国的应用情况,调查研究了我国覆土式储存容器存在的基础研究不足、缺少成熟的规范、缺少成熟的经验以及投资收益比低问题,总结了我国覆土式储存容器未来的发展方向,以期为我国覆土储罐的理论研究、标准制定和工程应用提供参考。 Compared with above-ground storage tanks,the mounded storage tanks not only have better environmental protection and higher safety but also have the advantages of saving land resources and improving the plant working environment.However,the complexity of the soil-induced environmental loads also brings a series of new difficulties to the structural design of mounded storage vessels.The current application status was comprehensively analyzed including the mounded horizontal steel storage vessels and vertical vessels as well as spherical vessels in China.Some existing problems were discussed in detail,such as the lack of fundamental research,related criteria,application experience,and low investment income ratio.The future development trend was summarized for the mounded storage vessels in China.This work will provide some references for theoretical research,standard formulation,and engineering application of the mounded storage vessels.
