摘要
聚苯并咪唑(PBI)由于其耐高温、机械强度高等特点,被认为最具发展前景的燃料电池用质子交换膜材料。但是其用作质子交换膜质子传导性和溶解性较差,为了满足不同应用需求,诸多改性手段用来改善其相关性能。本文从酸掺杂改性、无机填充改性、聚合物共混改性和化学结构改性四个方面,介绍了PBI质子交换膜的研究进展和各改性特点。最后在此基础上,指出阐明微观结构与宏观性能之间的关系和多种改性方式共用是未来研究方向的重点。
Polybenzimidazole(PBI)is considered to be the most promising proton exchange membrane material for fuel cell due to its high temperature resistance and high mechanical strength.However,it has poor proton conductivity and solubility when used as a proton exchange membrane.In order to meet different application requirements,many modification methods are used to improve its related properties.the research progress and modification characteristics of PBI proton exchange membranes were introduced from four aspects:acid doping modification,inorganic filling modification,polymer blend modification and chemical structure modification.Finally,clarifying the relationship between microstructure and macroscopic properties and the sharing of multiple modification methods were pointed out as the key directions of future research.
