高灼热丝无卤阻燃聚丙烯材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要 本文选择了国内四种不同厂家的无卤膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)对聚丙烯(PP)进行阻燃改性,分别制备了达到高灼热丝起燃温度(GWIT)850℃/3mm要求的阻燃PP材料,并对其阻燃性能、力学性能和耐水性能等进行了相关研究。结果表明:阻燃剂PP达到高灼热丝要求所需的阻燃剂添加量都比较大,添加量从45份—91份(相对于PP基料100份来说),这对材料的力学性能影响比较大,特别是拉伸强度的下降幅度达到了20%—56%;经过耐水试验后,材料的阻燃性能和力学性能虽然都有不同程度的下降,但总体来说,阻燃性能和力学性能基本上都还能保持良好。 In this paper,four different domestic halogen-free intumescent flame retardants(IFR)were selected for flame retardant modification of polypropylene(PP).The flame retardant PP material,and its flame retardant properties,mechanical properties and water resistance were studied.The results show that the flame retardant PP needs to add a large amount of flame retardant to meet the high glow wire requirements.The impact is relatively large,especially the decrease in tensile strength reaches 20%-56%;after the water resistance test,although the flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of the material have decreased to varying degrees,in general,the flame retardant properties and The mechanical properties are basically maintained well.
