摘要
本文以聚乳酸增韧复合材料为研究对象,通过差式扫描量热仪(DSC)研究聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料玻璃化转变温度(Tg)变化,显示添加合成云母后复合材料Tg显著提高。观察合成云母含量变化对复合材料的力学性能、加工性和耐热性的影响。共混物力学性能测试结果反应合成云母可以增加复合材料强度、耐热性;熔指与注塑成型周期时间变化反应复合材料加工性能得到提升,注塑效率提高。
Take poly(L-lacticacid)(PLA)toughening composites as research object,glass transition temperature(Tg)of polylactic acid(PLA)composites was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Observe different content synthetic mica influence on strength,toughness,temperature resistance and processability of the composites.Mechanical properties test showed that synthetic mica can increase the strength,temperature resistance and fluidity of the material,and the injection cycletime reduced after filling with synthetic mica.
