摘要
基于FDM工艺,选用商用的PC线材为原材料,研究了喷头温度和填充率对试样表面粗糙度、硬度及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,喷头温度对PC样品的表面粗糙度影响较大,适宜温度应选择260 ℃;填充率的增加对样品的拉伸强度有明显提高,且当填充率达到75%时,样品的拉伸强度达到35.661 Mpa;填充率以及喷头温度对样品表面的硬度影响较小。
Based on FDM process and commercial PC wire as raw material,the effects of nozzle temperature and filling rate on the surface roughness,hardness and tensile properties of samples were studied.The results show that the nozzle temperature has a great influence on the surface roughness of PC samples,and the optimum temperature should be 260 ℃.The increase of filling rate can obviously improve the tensile strength of the sample,and when the filling rate reaches 75%,the tensile strength of the sample reaches 35.661mpa.Filling rate and nozzle temperature have little effect on the hardness of sample surface.
