摘要
本文主要是从材料选择以及结构设计变更的可行性进行探讨。列举了外后视镜总成不同零部件使用的材料以及需要满足的相关性能要求。同时在更改设计时,使用有限元分析外后视镜总成的模态。并得出整体式支座分总成重量比分体式结构的重量要轻。但是整体式支座分总成的一阶频率比分体式结构的要低。最后对分体式支座分总成更改设计到量产的过程总结了相关流程。
This study mainly discusses the feasibility of materials selection and structural design change.The materials used in different parts of the external rearview mirror assembly and the related performance are listed.At the same time,finite element analysis(FEA)is used to analyze the modal results,when we change the structural.It can be concluded that integral mirror base is more lighter than split type.Moreover,the first order frequency of split mirror base is higher than integral type.At last,the process of change the structural design is conclusion.
