平台资本主义的权力结构及其超越进路探析

An Analysis on the Power Structure and Transcendental Approach of Platform Capitalism

作为资本主义形态的全新出场,平台资本主义是在平台装置上对数据进行提取和使用以实现资本增殖的一种新的数字经济样态。数字与技术的深度耦合催生了新的权力结构,数据和算法以权力的姿态参与到社会生活中,在数字化生产方式下表达为以非强制性和隐蔽性为主要特征的数据资本权力。对数据资本权力的掌控成为规训、统治人的生命主体的重要途径,其背后隐匿的是资本逻辑下的深刻剥削和超级垄断。基于此,亟需从技术路径、顶层设计和主体路径三个维度全面规制数据资本权力的无序扩张,解蔽人的生存方式和异化现象,建立共享、共建和共治的平台生态系统。

Platform capitalism is a new form of digital economy in which data are extracted and used on platform devices to realize capital multiplication.The deep coupling of digit and technology has given birth to a new power structure,in which data and algorithm are involved in social life representing power.In the digital production mode,the structure is displayed as the data capital power with non-compulsive and concealing features.The control over data capital power has become a crucial way to regulate and rule the subject of human life,which hides the severe exploitation and super monopoly under the logic of capital.Based on this,it is urgent to comprehensively regulate the disordered expansion of data capital power from three dimensions,namely technology path,top-level design and subject path,to dispel the way of human existence and alienation,and establish a platform ecosystem of sharing,co-construction and co-governance.
