摘要
海洋污损生物附着在水下设备表面会对海洋工业造成严重危害,如导致船舶航行阻力增大、能耗增加及船体腐蚀等。鉴于此,研制高效、环境友好的海洋防污材料具有重要的经济及战略意义。选择聚氨酯弹性体为基体树脂,将合成的具有防污功能的双羟基封端丙烯酰胺(OH-PHABA-OH)引入其中制备了一种非释放、表面自富集辣椒碱衍生物的聚氨酯防污涂层(PUP-x%)。对苯二酚丙烯酰胺(PHABA)含量为25%时(PUP-25%),树脂状态最佳,同时防污实验结果表明该涂层可以抑制90%以上的细菌和硅藻黏附,具有较好的长效静态防污能力。
Marine biofouling adhered to the surface of underwater equipment causes serious harm to the marine industry,such as increasing ship navigation resistance,increasing energy consumption and ship corrosion.In view of this,the development of efficient and environmentally friendly marine antifouling coating has important economic and strategic significance.The non-release polyurethane antifouling coating(PUP-x%)with self-enriched capsaicin derivatives is prepared by introducing the dihydroxy-terminated acrylamide(OH-PHABA-OH)with antifouling function into polyurethane elastomer which is selected as matrix resin.When the hydroquinone acrylamide(PHABA)content is 25%(PUP-25%),the resin state is the best,and the anti-fouling experiment results show that the coating can inhibit the adhesion of more than 90%of bacteria and diatoms,which indicates the good long-term static anti-fouling ability.
