Study on the Change of Microscopic Properties of Matrix Asphalt During Aging Process

摘要 通过制作AFM基质沥青试样,分析基质沥青老化前后宏观3大指标、微观形貌、微观力学特征的变化,对沥青老化机理和行为进行研究,探究了沥青性能宏观与微观尺度的联系,结果表明:经长期老化作用1275 min后,基质沥青针入度下降34.9%,软化点增加13.8%,低温延度下降75.5%,蜂状结构面积增加45.8%,沥青表面粗糙度下降51.4%,沥青的微观各相态的差异性降低,轻质组分在向沥青质转化,沥青DMT模量增大51.4%,黏附力下降28.3%。为进一步探究沥青老化机理及宏观微观尺度联系提供了参考和借鉴。 In order to study the aging mechanism and behavior of asphalt,the AFM matrix asphalt samples is made,the changes of three macro indexes,microstructure and micro mechanical characteristics of matrix asphalt before and after aging are analyzed,and the relationship between macro and micro scale of asphalt properties is explored.The results show that after 1275 min of long-term aging,the penetration of asphalt decreases by 34.9%,the softening point increases by 13.8%,the low-temperature elongation decreases by 75.5%,the bee shape structure area increases by 45.8%,the surface roughness of asphalt decreases by 51.4%,the difference of the microscopic phases of asphalt decreases and the light component changes to asphaltene.The DMT modulus of asphalt increases by 51.4%,while the adhesion decreases by 28.3%.It provides a reference for further exploring the mechanism of asphalt aging and the relationship between macro and micro scales.
