摘要
利用ODDP型磷氮系阻燃树脂作为成膜物质制备防腐阻燃漆,阻隔电力设备器材作业环境中氧气、水、酸碱等对钢结构基材的腐蚀,从而达到优质的防腐效果。同时该漆膜遇火能发泡,形成一种阻燃隔热层,可以通过发泡相变来吸收燃烧的热量,同时自身会形成致密的碳化层来阻隔热量的传导,从而延缓电力设备器材的形变,降低火灾风险并提高消防救援的效率。该防腐阻燃漆氧指数不低于29,耐燃时间不低于120 min,附着力1级,耐中性盐雾不低于4600 h。
A kind of anti-corrosion flame retardant paint is prepared with the ODDP flame-retardant resin as the film forming material,which can prevent the corrosion of steel structure substrate by oxygen,water,acid and alkali in electric power equipment and installation,thus realizes the excellent anti-corrosion effect.The paint film can foam when it comes to fire,and forms a flame-retardant insulation layer,which can absorb the heat of combustion through the phase change of foam,and gives a dense carbonization layer to block the conduction of heat,thus delays the deformation of power equipment,reduces the fire risk and improves the efficiency of fire rescue.The LOI of this paint is not lower than 29,the flame-retardant time is not less than 120 min,the adhesion is level 1,and the neutral salt spray resistance is not less than 4600 h.
