双分圆盾构车站掘进费用计算方法优化研究

摘要 盾构法车站是目前城市轨道交通工程中的新兴工法,盾构掘进费用如何计算成为一个亟需解决的难题。文章简述了盾构车站工法的应用背景以及可行的盾构车站技术方案,确定技术成熟度较高的双分圆盾构工法为研究对象。在现行盾构掘进定额基础上,结合盾构机租赁市场价格,通过盾构工期计算及盾构掘进降效的综合分析,提出根据租赁费用反算台班单价、根据实际工期反算降效系数两种优化方式,使盾构车站掘进费用的计算更符合工程实际。 Shield method station is an emerging construction method in urban rail transit engineering.How to calculate the shield tunneling cost has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved.The article briefly describes the application background of shield method station and feasible shield method station technical solutions.The research object is determined to be the double circle shield method with high technological maturity.On the basis of the current shield tunneling quota,combined with the rental market price of shield tunneling machines,through the calculation of shield tunneling duration and comprehensive analysis of the reducing efficiency of shield driving,two optimization methods are proposed:calculating the unit price of each shift based on the rental cost and calculating the efficiency reduction coefficient based on the actual construction period,in order to make the calculation of shield method station excavation cost more in line with engineering reality.
