基于风险概率与影响矩阵的水利工程施工危险源评价

摘要 对水利工程施工危险源进行识别评价,能够有效地降低安全事故的发生率。本文主要基于风险概率与影响矩阵进行水利工程施工危险源评价,总结了施工风险源识别与计量方法,并结合实际案例,从发生概率和影响程度两个方面识别计量了施工风险源,并采用风险概率与影响矩阵对施工风险源进行分级管理。研究结构表明:一般危险源3项,重大危险源19项,严重危险源8项。本文研究旨在提出一种水利工程施工风险源评价方法,为施工风险源管理提供决策依据。 The incidence of safety accidents can be effectively reduced by identifying and evaluating the hazards of water conservancy engineering construction.This article mainly evaluates the construction hazards of hydraulic engineering based on the risk probability and impact matrix,summarizes the identification and measurement methods of construction risk sources,and combines practical cases to identify and measure construction risk sources from two aspects of occurrence probability and impact degree.The risk probability and impact matrix is used to classify and manage construction risk sources.The research structure shows that there are 3 general hazards,19 major hazards,and 8 serious hazards.The aim of this study is to propose an evaluation method for construction risk sources in hydraulic engineering,providing decision-making basis for construction risk source management.
