摘要
随着国有企业进入了深化改革阶段,战略管理已经成为国有企业现代化建设的重要内容,更是国企转型发展、高质量发展的必然要求。当前对于国有企业特别是电网企业如何运用战略管理理论和方法来开展体系化的战略管理模式构建,缺乏系统性研究。本文以南方电网A公司为例,系统分析战略管理存在的问题,在坚持“两个一以贯之”原则的基础上,研究提出国有企业战略管理模式框架,为国有企业战略管理改革提供了新思路及落地参考,具有一定的理论价值和实践意义。
With the state-owned enterprises entering the stage of deepening reform,strategic management has become an important part of the modernization of state-owned enterprises,and it is also an inevitable requirement for the transformation and high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.At present,there is a lack of systematic research on how state-owned enterprises,especially power grid enterprises,use strategic management theories and methods to build a systematic strategic management model.Taking A Company of China Southern Power Grid as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in strategic management,and on the basis of adhering to the principle of"two consistency",studies and puts forward the framework of strategic management mode of state-owned enterprises,which provides new ideas and reference for the strategic management reform of state-owned enterprises and has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
