Research on the Enterprise Application Effect of MG Company's Warehouse Management System

随着传统企业陆续进入到了工业4.0时代,传统物流仓储能否快速开展智能化、信息化成为企业提升竞争力的核心关键。本文以MG公司为研究对象,先查阅相关文献了解仓储管理系统相关概念与理论知识,结合MG公司企业现状,对比分析WMS上线前仓库存在的问题以及WMS上线后的效果,得出了WMS系统能够实现出入库单据的快速响应和货物的快速周转、提高库内的操作效率和库存准确度等应用效果的结论。

With the traditional enterprises entering the Industry 4.0 era one after another,whether the traditional logistics warehousing can quickly develop intelligence and informatization has become the core key for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.Taking MG Company as the research object,this paper firstly consults the relevant literature to understand the related concepts and theoretical knowledge of warehouse management system,and combining with the current situation of MG Company,compares and analyzes the problems existing in the warehouse before WMS goes online and the effects after WMS goes online,and draws the conclusion that WMS system can realize the rapid response of incoming and outgoing documents and the rapid turnover of goods,and improve the operational efficiency and inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
