摘要
地铁作为现代化城市的一个主要交通工具越来越普遍,为了能够在合理的范围内节约地铁的建设成本,可以从地铁工程中的各个方面着手。文章从理论上阐述了地铁工程施工阶段成本估算的依据和地铁全过程周期中成本运转的原理。同时,文章分析了不同的减振措施:减振扣件、橡胶隔振措施、液态阻尼弹簧轨道以及其不同的比例对轨道造价的影响。最后,通过对地铁车站站台造价的分析证明了无柱、单柱和双柱对地铁工程施工中站台的影响,为后续学者研究地铁工程造价提供了一定的参考价值。
As a major means of transportation for the modern city,the subway is becoming more and more common.In order to save the construction cost of the subway within a reasonable range,it can start from all aspects of the subway project.This paper theoretically expounds the basis of cost estimation during the construction phase of the subway project and the principle of cost operation in the whole process of the subway.At the same time,this paper analyzes different vibration reduction measures:vibration damping fasteners,rubber vibration isolation measures,liquid damping spring orbits and their different proportions on the cost of the track.Finally,through the analysis of the cost of the subway station platform,the influence of the columnless,single-column and double-column on the platform of the subway construction is proved,which provides a reference value for the follow-up scholars to study the construction cost of the subway.
