基于PPP模式下的传统村落人居环境保护研究--以黄山市为例

Protection of Traditional Village Habitat Environment under PPP Mode:Taking Huangshan City as an Example

随着城市化进程的加速,传统村落的人居环境面临着严峻的挑战。PPP模式作为一种新型的公共项目融资方式,为传统村落人居环境的保护提供有效的支持和帮助。首先,本文基于知网数据库,分析了在PPP模式下传统村落人居环境保护的关键影响因素。其次,以黄山市传统村落为研究对象,对采集的调查问卷数据分析与处理,得出关键因子的排序为交易结构因素>政策因素>人员因素>环境因素。最后,根据可能面临的博弈给出策略式博弈数学模型的研究方法,探讨传统村落人居环境的转型发展模式,为中国传统村落人居环境有机更新提供科学参考及实践借鉴。

With the acceleration of urbanisation,the habitat of traditional villages is facing tough challenges.As a new type of public project financing method,PPP model can provide effective support for the protection of traditional village habitat environment.Firstly,based on the Knowledge Network Database,the key influencing factors of traditional village habitat environmental protection under the PPP model were analysed in this paper.Secondly,the questionnaire data of traditional village habitat environment in Huangshan City was analysed,and the order of key factors was deal structure factors>policy factors>personnel factors>environmental factors.Finally,the research method of strategic game mathematical model was proposed to explore the transformation and development mode of traditional village habitat environment,which provides scientific reference and practical reference for the organic renewal of traditional village habitat environment in China.
