摘要
光伏逆变器是光伏发电的重要组成部分,其主要作用是将光伏组件发出的直流电转变成交流电。基于对分布式光伏发电并网逆变器的研究,设计了一种采用新控制方式的逆变电路,同时采集电网电压信号和逆变电压信号,通过高速比较器电路产生控制信号,由专用场效应管驱动芯片IR2113驱动H桥逆变电路,经LC滤波得到正弦交流电压。通过硬件电路调整逆变电压自动跟踪电网电压,以保证逆变输出电压随时与电网同频同相,从而实现自动并网运行功能。测试结果表明,具有过压、过流保护功能的低成本自动并网分布式光伏逆变器,运行安全,效率高,性能优良。
Solar inverter is an important part of photovoltaic power generation.Its main function is to convert the DC power generated by photovoltaic modules into AC power.Based on the research of distributed photovoltaic power generation Grid-tie inverter,an inverter circuit with a new control mode is designed.At the same time,the grid voltage signal and inverter voltage signal are collected,and the control signal is generated through the high-speed comparator circuit.The special Field-effect transistor driving chip IR2113 drives the H-bridge inverter circuit,and the sinusoidal AC voltage is obtained through LC filtering.By adjusting the inverter voltage through hardware circuits,the power grid voltage is automatically tracked to ensure that the inverter output voltage is always in the same frequency and phase as the power grid,thus achieving automatic grid connection operation function.The test results show that the low-cost automatic grid connected distributed Solar inverter with overvoltage and overcurrent protection features is safe operation,high efficiency and excellent performance.
