Research and Application of Electrical System Upgrade in EIRICH Sand Mixer

针对本厂老式爱立许混砂机电气控制系统故障率高、维修困难的现状提出了自主改善升级方案,采用西门子S7-300系列PLC对S5-928B系统的升级,自主设计PLC程序完成多台工业秤数据到PLC的转换及应用,实现了混砂机电控系统的升级,提高了设备可靠性,同时节约了大量投资费用。

Aiming at the current situation of high failure rate and difficult maintenance of the gas control system of the old Aerish sand mixing machine,an autonomous improvement and upgrading scheme is proposed.Siemens S7-300 series PLC was used to upgrade the S5-928B system,and the PLC program was independently designed to complete the conversion and application of the data of muliple industrial scales to PLC,which realized the upgrade of the sand mixing electromechanical control system,ensuring the improvement of equipment reliability and saving a lot of investment costs.
