摘要
通过对轴承衬套类铸钢件产品问题分析及工艺优化,结合CAE三维仿真模拟技术和砂型3D打印技术提出了一种利用砂型3D打印技术生产此类铸件的工艺设计方法,避免此类铸件出现成形不良、冷隔等影响产品质量的缺陷,保证产品质量。
Based on the analysis and process optimization of steel casting products of bearing bushing,a process design method for the production of such castings using sand 3D printing technology was proposed in combination with CAE 3D simulation technology and sand 3D printing technology.This method can avoid the defects affecting product quality such as poor forming and cold insulation,and ensure product quality.
