实型铸造用铸铁浇口杯的实践

实型铸造使用的树脂砂浇口杯存在规格不统一、尺寸一致性差、生产效率低、开发维护成本高等问题,一方面影响了铸件质量的稳定性,另一方面增加了铸件的制造成本。针对这个问题设计制造了一种铸铁材质的浇口杯,这种浇口杯统一了浇口杯尺寸,可以根据浇注产品的重量选择相应规格;可以实现直浇管高度统一,保证了充型平稳;容量足够大,杜绝了浇注中反喷,提高了操作安全性;减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率。经过实践验证,使用铸铁浇口杯的综合成本低,产品质量稳定,生产效率高,具有很好的实用性。

There are some problems such as different specifications,poor size consistency,low production efficiency and high development and maintenance cost in the resin sand cup used in solid casting.These problems affect the stability of casting quality and increase the manufacturing cost of casting.A casting cup made of cast iron material was designed and manufactured.This kind of pouring cup has a unified pouring cup size,and the corresponding specifications can be selected according to the weight of the pouring product,which can realize the high unity of the straight pouring pipe and ensure the smooth flling.Its capacity is large enough to eliminate the reverse injection in pouring,improve the safety of operation,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and improve the production efficiency.Practice proved that the cast iron cup has low comprehensive cost,stable product quality,high production efficiency and good practicability.
