基于第二课堂的小学教育专业师范生自主成长探索与实践

摘要 地方院校小学教育专业开展丰富的第二课堂活动具有重要意义,通过成立“虚拟小学”,构建“虚拟小学”育师课程、活动、管理体系,提高师范生的教学实践技能和管理能力,引导其形成正确的教师职业认知、职业信念。小学教育专业第二课堂的育人目标要符合专业培养要求,学习内容要注重推进师范生个性化学习,同时,为提高师范生参与度,要实行第二课堂课程学分制。 It is of great significance for local colleges to establish a second classroom in primary education majors,creating a three-dimensional system for the curriculum,activities,and management of virtual primary schools to enhance the teaching practical skills and management abilities of normal college students.This approach guides normal college students in developing the correct teacher professional cognition,professional beliefs,and professional behaviors.The educational goals of the second classroom in primary education majors should meet the requirements of professional training,and the learning content should promote personalized learning for normal students.At the same time,to improve the participation of normal students,a credit system for the second classroom curriculum should be implemented.
