基于数据挖掘分析徐立然教授治疗慢性咳嗽用药规律

Analysis of Medication Rule of Professor Xu Liran in the Treatment of Chronic Cough Based on Data Mining

目的应用中医传承计算平台总结徐立然教授治疗慢性咳嗽用药规律。方法收集整理符合纳入标准的慢性咳嗽病历及处方,采用中医传承辅助平台系统建立徐立然教授治疗慢性咳嗽数据库。对数据库中的单味中药使用频次、性味归经、组方规律、病理因素及治法进行分析。结果130个病历处方中涉及单味中药135味,使用频次大于50的药味有12味,黄芩,清半夏,甘草,陈皮,前胡,黄芪,红花,紫菀,荆芥,薏苡仁,茯苓,党参构成了治疗慢性咳嗽的常用药物组合。结论寒温同调、恢复气机是主要用药思路,组方规律显著,紧扣“风、痰、湿、热、瘀、虚”病机特点,以疏风降气止咳、清热燥湿化痰、补肺健脾祛湿、活血化瘀为主要治法。

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical experience and medication rule of Professor Xu Liran in treating chronic cough by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Calculation Platform.Methods Chronic cough records and prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were collected and collated,and Professor Xu Liran's database on the treatment of chronic cough was established using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Calculation Platform.The frequency of the use of single Chinese medicine in the database,the normalization of nature and taste,the rule of prescription composition,pathological factors and treatment methods were analyzed.Results 135 single Chinese medicine prescriptions were involved in 130 cases,12 of which were used more than 50 times.Scutellaria baicalensis,Pinellia chinensis,glycyrrhiza liquorice,tangerine peel,Astragalus membranaceus,safflower,aster,Schizonepeta chinensis,coix seed,Poria codonopsis and Codonopsis codonopsis are constituted the core basic prescriptions for chronic cough treatment.Conclusion The main idea of medication is to harmonize cold and temperature and restore qi mechanism.The formula has significant regularity.It closely adheres to the pathogenesis characteristics of"wind,phlegm,dampness,heat,blood stasis and deficiency",and mainly focuses on relieving wind,reducing qi,relieving cough,clearing heat,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,supplementing lung,strengthening spleen and removing dampness,and activating blood circulation and removing stasis.
