大黄[庶虫]虫汤联合黄帝内针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Dahuang Zhechong Decoction Combined with Huangdi Internal Acupuncture in the Treatment of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探究大黄[庶虫]虫汤加味联合黄帝内针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法将笔者所在医院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的200例糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用随机数字表法均分为对照组(甲钴胺治疗)和研究组(甲钴胺+大黄[庶虫]虫汤加味+黄帝内针治疗)。比较2组患者治疗前、后各项指标变化。结果研究组治疗后中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后正中神经、腓总神经的运动、感觉神经传导速度均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大黄[庶虫]虫汤加味联合黄帝内针可以提高糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床治疗有效率,改善证候积分,提高神经传导速度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dahuang Zhechong decoction combined with Huangdi internal acupuncture in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods Two hundred patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to the hospital where the author worked from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into control group(mecobalamine treatment)and study group(Mecobalamine and Dahuang Zhechong decoction supplemented with Huangdi internal acupuncture treatment)by random number table method.The changes of various indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of TCM syndrome in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The movement and sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve after treatment were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dahuang Zhechong decoction combined with Huangdi internal acupuncture can improve the clinical effective rate,and improve the TCM syndrome and nerve conduction velocity.
