针刺之得气

Deqi of Acupuncture

针刺法最早记载于《黄帝内经》,其《灵枢·邪客》曰:“持针之道……左手执骨,右手循之”。指的是针刺入穴位来治病的手法。针刺,又离不开得气。《灵枢·九针十二原》曰:“刺之要,气至而有效”。古称“气至”,即为得气,实为“针感”。此文围绕针刺得气展开论述,即从针刺得气的内涵,到针刺得气的临床表现,包括医生、患者主观感受,以及客观征象这3个方面,从而论述针刺得气的临床价值。

Acupuncture was first recorded in Huangdi Nejing,Lingshu.Xieke says:"The way of needling……the left hand holds the bone,and the right hand follows it."It refers to the method of piercing into acupoints to treat diseases.Acupuncture is inseparable from Deqi.Lingshu Nine Needles and Twelve Originals says:"The key to stinging is that it is effective when qi reaches."In ancient times,it was called"Qizhi",which means obtaining qi,which is actually"needle feeling".This article focused on Deqi of acupuncture,from the connotation of Deqi to the clinical manifestations of Deqi,including subjective feelings of doctors and patients,as well as objective signs,so as to discuss the clinical valueof acupuncture forDeqi.
