独活寄生汤结合针刺治疗椎间盘源性腰痛临床观察

Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Discogenic Lumbago

目的观察独活寄生汤结合针刺治疗椎间盘源性腰痛临床疗效。方法将2021年7月—2022年7月收治的84例椎间盘源性腰痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组予以塞来昔布胶囊口服,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加独活寄生汤和针刺治疗。比较2组治疗后各项指标情况。结果2组治疗后2周及3个月随访时的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、焦虑评分均较治疗前改善(均P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤结合针刺治疗椎间盘源性腰痛可显著改善腰椎功能,减轻疼痛症状,降低患者焦虑程度,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of discogenic lumbago.Methods A total of 84 patients with discogenic lumbago diagnosed and treated from July 2021 to July 2022 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given celecoxib capsules orally.The observation group was additionally treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of control group.The indexes of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The visual analogue score(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and anxiety scores of the 2 groups were all improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of discogenic lumbago can significantly improve the function of the lumbar spine,relieve pain and reduce the degree of anxiety of patients,so it is worthy of promotion.
