穴位贴敷联合康复指导对剖宫产后恶露及胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Rehabilitation Guidance on Lochia and Gastrointestinal Function after Cesarean Section

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合康复指导对剖宫产后恶露及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2022年8月院内完成剖宫产手术的72例产妇,随机均分为2组。对照组行常规康复指导,观察组增用中药穴位贴敷疗法,比较2组产妇临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后总有效率、产后5 d宫底高度、子宫复原时间、恶露量、恶露持续时间、胃肠功能恢复情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷与康复指导联合应用,可改善剖宫产产妇的产后恶露问题,促进胃肠功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with rehabilitation guidance on lochia and gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.Methods Seventy-two women who underwent cesarean section in Xinfeng County People's Hospital between August 2020 and August 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,conventional rehabilitation instructions were applied,while in the observation group,Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with rehabilitation guidance were applied.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,5 days postpartum fundus height,uterine recovery time,lochia volume,lochia duration and gastrointestinal function recovery of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with rehabilitation guidance can improve the postpartum lochia and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in caesarean section patients.
